În legătură cu cerința tehnică aferentă Lotului 16 – „Spatulă dublă mini Varady 17,5 cm”, vă adresăm respectuos rugămintea de a clarifica următorul aspect:
Vă solicităm să analizați posibilitatea acceptării dimensiunii de 17 cm ca echivalent funcțional al dimensiunii de 17,5 cm specificată în documentația de atribuire, având în vedere că diferența de 0,5 cm nu influențează funcționalitatea, utilizarea sau performanța produsului.
În alternativă, vă rugăm să confirmați dacă este admisă o abatere de ±0,5 cm față de dimensiunea nominală indicată, în conformitate cu toleranțele uzuale de fabricație pentru acest tip de instrumentar.
Această clarificare este necesară pentru a asigura conformitatea ofertei noastre cu cerințele tehnice și pentru a evita eventuale interpretări restrictive.
