Stimați Domni,
Vă rugăm respectuos să analizați posibilitatea divizării loturilor, întrucât produsele incluse nu au același cod CPV.
Menționăm că obiectul principal al achiziției îl constituie mopurile pentru curățenie, însă în cadrul aceluiași lot a fost inclus și oțet alimentar, care aparține unei categorii diferite și are un cod CPV distinct.
În aceste condiții, considerăm oportună separarea produselor pe loturi distincte, pentru a asigura respectarea principiilor de transparență și concurență în cadrul procedurii.
Vă mulțumim anticipat pentru clarificare.

Bună ziua. Platforma din punct de vedere tehnic este limitată în a alege un Cod CPV mult mai specific. De aceea de regulă se bifează un cod generic. Caietul de sarcini se referă strict pe partea de curățenie inclusiv oțetul care se folosește în procesul de curățenie. Luînd în calcul un buget modest am considerat oportun de a pune accentul pe eficiența achiziției. Vă mulțumim.
