De ce sub pretextul unei proceduri publice de achiziții ,știind foarte bine ca exista doar un singur producător si ca produsul este protejat de patent si probabil doar Dita Eastfarm are acces la acest predaparat se mimează o licitație ? Ce presupune o licitație? Ca mai multe produse sau companii pot face oferta ? dar cum sa faca o alta companie oferta cind doar Dita Eastfarm are drept de import ? Cind CNA se va sesiza pe astfel de subiecte ???

Bună ziua, procedura de achiziție a fost inițiată în strictă conformitate cu necesarul transmis de către instituțiile medico-sanitare publice, fundamentat pe necesitățile reale ale acestora. În conformitate cu art. 18 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 20/2026, orice persoană care se consideră vătămată într-un drept al său are la dispoziție mecanismul legal de contestare a actelor autorității contractante, în condițiile și termenele prevăzute de lege. Totodată, menționăm că, în ultimii trei ani, în cadrul procedurilor de achiziție pentru acest medicament au participat mai mulți operatori economici, nu doar unul. Astfel, afirmațiile privind caracterul neconcurențial al procedurii sunt neîntemeiate. Mulțumim frumos de clarificare.
