Solicitam sa exlcudeti obligativitatea inregistrarii in registrul dispozitivelor medicale la date deschiderii ofertelor. Lega spune ca agentul economic e obligat sa inregistreze cu 10 zile inainte de punerea pe piata, nu la participarea in licitatii. AMDM inregistreaza in 30 zile. Este imposibil de inregistrat pana la data de depunere a ofertelor.
