Servicii de mentenantă și deservire tehnică pentru instalaţia radiodiagnostică SIMPLY DR, producător IBIS (ITALIA) (semestrial/ la necesitate pe parcursul anului 2026)
– Profilaxia dispozitivelor conform manualului de utilizare;
- interventii la cerere ori de cite ori este nevoie.
-verificarea si masurarea parametrilor functionali;
-revizia tehnica, cu efectuarea reglajelor si calibrarilor;
-curățarea parților componente ale echipamentului;
-curatarea tubului;
-verificarea mA si kV;
- verificarea timpului de scanare;
-performanta imaginii;
-auto calibrarea;
-lubrifierea suportului principal;
-controlul și eventual o noua reglare a aparatului;
-eliminarea jocurilor la părțile mecanice;
-curățarea și gresarea părților mecanice aflate în mișcare;
-verificarea tensiunilor de alimentare;
-verificarea conexiunilor electrice;
-verificarea cablurilor de masă;
-curățarea plăcilor electronice, precum și a altor componente;
-verificarea funcționării motoarelor;
-verificarea ventilatoarelor, pompelor, etc;
-verificarea componentelor pneumatice (acolo unde este cazul).
Piesele depistate a fi defecte se achizitioneaza separat
Inginerul de servis, va detine certificat de pregatire tehnica si atestare de la producatorul utilajului.
Eliberarea rapoartelor la finele fiecarei intervenții, indicând starea dispozitivului și lista de luctărilor efectuate;
Prezentarea planului de mentenanță anual recomandat de producător și a graficului de efectuare a lucrărilor;
