Care i sensul de repetat aceasta licitație, chiar nu este clar ca aveti niste prețuri ieșite din comun? Ati pus niste prețuri, de parca vindeți la ziua 1Gcal cu 400 lei.
N o sa participe nici o companie cu asa prețuri.
