În legătură cu procedura de achiziție, vă rugăm să ne oferiți clarificări referitoare la cerința prevăzută la punctul 12 din anunțul de participare, conform căreia: „Operatorii economici interesați de obiectul achiziției în cauză urmează să se deplaseze la sediul beneficiarului pentru a face cunoștință cu modelele de formulare și registre, necesare pentru tipărire.” În acest context, vă rugăm respectuos să concretizați: • despre ce tipuri de formulare și registre este vorba; • în ce măsură aceste documente sunt esențiale pentru elaborarea ofertei.
