Broșurarea mapelor în format A4, s va efectua la sediul Beneficiarului (mun. Chișinău, str. 31August 1989 nr. 70) și va cuprinde: îndepărtarea clamelor, agrafelor metalice; aranjarea paginilor în mod corespunzător. Documentele din fiecare dosar se coase în coperte de carton cu grosimea de 1 mm, să fie vizibilă citirea completă a textului, datelor și rezoluțiilor, cotorul din piele artificială, fiecare mapă sa cuprindă maxim 250-300 foi.
