În urma evaluării ofertei, realizată în conformitate cu criteriul de atribuire stabilit și prevederile art. 72 lit. a), b) și c) din Legea nr. 131/2015 privind achizițiile publice, Grupul de lucru pentru achiziții, prin decizia de atribuire nr. 7 din 17.04.2026, a decis atribuirea contractului către „COMODA TRADE” SRL. Valoarea contractului constituie – 449 400,00 lei (inclusiv TVA).
