Question:
Referitor la cerința tehnică „Pedală dublă pentru coagulare și tăiere cu suport pentru deplasare cu picior”, vă rugăm să clarificați dacă sintagma „suport pentru deplasare cu picior” reprezintă o cerință constructivă obligatorie?
Menționăm că majoritatea producătorilor de unități electrochirurgicale oferă pedale duble cu design stabil și bază antiderapantă, care permit operarea și repoziționarea cu piciorul, fără a include un suport constructiv separat.
În acest context, vă rugăm să confirmați dacă sunt acceptate și pedale care îndeplinesc această funcționalitate din punct de vedere operațional, chiar dacă nu dispun de un element constructiv distinct denumit „suport”.
