Va rugam sa explicati, pentru ce este nevoie de 7 ani de experienta (punctul 8 al criteriilor), daca are importanta doar experienta producatorului?
Va rugam sa explicati, este nevoie de deservire (punctul 10 al criteriilor) sau de garantie, asa cum este descris in specificatia tehnica? Deservirea nu este mentionata in specificatii. Pentru reparatii de garantie este de ajuns un acord cu un service centru autorizat?
