Question:
Specificația prevede «Diluant pentru diluarea lacurilor, emailurilor, vopselelor și grundurilor alchidice». Conform SM EN ISO 4618:2023 (terminologie pentru vopsele și lacuri), termenul «diluant» desemnează un lichid volatil utilizat pentru reducerea vâscozității, care nu dizolvă liantul peliculogen al produsului, în timp ce «dizolvantul/solventul» dizolvă efectiv liantul alchidic. Produse comercializate sub denumirea generică de «Diluant universal» (ex. Diluant 646) sunt în realitate amestecuri de cetone și esteri, incompatibile chimic cu rășinile alchidice. Rugăm să precizați: (a) dacă prin «diluant» se înțelege un produs specific compatibil cu sisteme alchidice (White Spirit, Solvent naftă), identificat prin compoziție chimică sau standard de referință; și (b) prin ce document tehnic va fi demonstrată compatibilitatea chimica a diluantului oferit cu sistemul alchidic al vopselei (fișa tehnică a producătorului vopselei care recomandă explicit tipul de diluant sau alt document).
