Într-o procedură de achiziție publică, egalitatea de tratament este principiul de bază, iar respectarea cantității solicitate este esențială pentru a asigura o comparație și evaluare corectă a ofertelor. Ca rezultat trebuie sa oferiți exact cantitatea cerută.

Nu se accepta. Motivul: Electrozii cu diametru 2,6 mm sunt utilizați la formarea unui cordon de rădăcină lat sau atunci când este necesară mărirea dimensiunii acestuia. Astfel de operațiuni pot fi realizate doar prin metoda de penetrare profundă. La sudarea îmbinărilor de garanție nu există posibilitatea tehnică de a suda cusăturile din partea opusă, din care motiv electrozii cu diametru 2,6mm reprezintă una dintre cele mai bune opțiuni capabile să facă față acestei sarcini. De aceea , anume electrozii cu diametru 2,6mm a devenit larg răspândit în domeniul petrolier și al gazelor.
