Acest kit este folosit pentru screeningul organismelor modificate genetic (OMG) în alimente, furaje și semințe. În acest scop, sunt aplicate sisteme PCR pentru detectarea secvenței ADN promotorului virusului 35S Conopidă Mozaic (CaMV), a secvenței ADN terminator NOS A. Tumefaciens și pentru detectarea secvenței ADN promotor 34S FMV. În plus, kitul conține un control intern al inhibiției.
Testul PCR în timp real poate fi efectuat cu instrumente PCR în timp real utilizate în mod obișnuit, echipate pentru detectarea a patru emisii de fluorescență la canalele 522 nm, 553 nm, 610 nm și 670 nm (FAM, VIC/HEX, ROX și Cy5 respectiv) în același timp. Acest kit este compatibil cu următoarele echipamente: Roche LightCycler® 480 II, Qiagen Rotor-Gene Q, R-Biopharm RIDA®CYCLER, Bio-Rad CFX96, Bio-Rad CFX96DX, Bio-Rad CFX Opus 96 și Agilent AriaDx.

Kit-ul conține: Reaction Mix (2 tuburi de 1050µl), Taq Polymerase (80µl) și Positive Control (190µl).
