Cerința privind motorul cu standard de emisii minimum Euro 5 a fost stabilită în vederea asigurării utilizării unui utilaj modern, eficient și conform standardelor actuale de protecție a mediului și de reducere a emisiilor poluante.
De asemenea, această cerință urmărește asigurarea unei exploatări eficiente pe termen lung, inclusiv în ceea ce privește consumul de combustibil, fiabilitatea și disponibilitatea pieselor de schimb și a serviciilor de mentenanță.
Menționăm că această cerință nu restricționează concurența, fiind îndeplinită de majoritatea producătorilor de miniexcavatoare disponibili pe piață și nefiind orientată către un anumit producător sau model.
