Question:
Se impune divizarea Lotului nr. 1 în loturi distincte, corespunzătoare pozițiilor prevăzute în specificația aferentă, în mod similar cu procedura aplicată pentru serviciile de verificare metrologică a contoarelor de apă, gaz și energie electrică, care au fost structurate în loturi separate.
În acest sens, Lotul nr. 1 urmează a fi divizat în 20 de loturi, conform prevederilor caietului de sarcini.
O astfel de structurare va permite instituției medicale să selecteze operatorul economic cel mai potrivit pentru prestarea serviciilor de verificare metrologică a mijloacelor de măsurare (termometre, cronometre, higrometre, alcotestere), precum și pentru efectuarea verificărilor periodice ale dispozitivelor medicale aflate la balanța spitalului, asigurând astfel contractarea serviciilor la cel mai avantajos preț și în condiții de concurență reală.

Autoritatea contractanta nu considera optima divizarea lotului nr. 1 in 20 de loturi.
