Solicităm precizarea cerinței „Generatorul va menține o presiune ≥6 bar” și „Camera va menține o presiune ≥6 bar”.
Vă rugăm să ne indicați la ce se referă exact această cerință tehnică:
– presiunea maximă admisă (PS) conform Directivei 2014/68/EU (PED),
sau
– presiunea efectivă de lucru în timpul ciclului de sterilizare.
Precizăm că, potrivit standardului EN 285, ciclurile de sterilizare la 134°C funcționează, în mod obișnuit, la o presiune de aproximativ 2–3 bar în camera de sterilizare.
Vă rugăm să confirmați interpretarea corectă a acestei cerințe pentru a evita eventuale neconformități la evaluarea ofertelor.

obligatoriu
Camera va mentine o presiune ≥6 bar, dotat cu valva de siguranta reglabila
obligatoriu”.
Eliminați solicitarile de ”valvă de siguranță REGLABILĂ”. Prezența unei supape de siguranță reglabile este un pericol. Producatorul instaleaza supapa de siguranță la o valoare fixă, utilizatorul nu trebuie sa aiba posibilitatea de a modifica/regla astfel de elemente.

După o analiză a rezultatelor din proceduri anterioare, formularea actuală a specificațiilor tehnice produce o limitare a concurenței și favorizarea unui anumit producător.
Solicitarea valorilor a presiunii de testare ≥6 bar la camera și generatorul de abur va permite participarea doar a unui producator. Solicitam de a elimina acest parametru. Generarea a codurilor generice unde se încadrează doar un producător este o încălcare gravă a prevederilor stabilite de Legea nr. 131/2015 privind achizițiile publice.
