Testul multiplex detectează următoarele secvențe ADN: gena fosfinotricină-acetiltransferazei (BAR) de la Streptomyces hygroscopius, gena de rezistență la lycerol Neomicina-Fosfotransferaza (nptII), gena fosfinotricină-acetiltransferazei (PAT) de la Streptomyces viridiochromogenes și elemental de tranziție de la CTP2 (secvența semnalului lycerol e-transpeptidă de la Arabidopsis thaliana) la gena toleranței la erbicide CP4 EPSPS (gena 5-Enolpyruvylshikimat-3-Phosphat Syntheses din tulpina CP4 de Agrobacterium tumefaciens). Testul PCR în timp real poate fi efectuat cu instrumente PCR în timp real utilizate în mod obișnuit, echipate pentru detectarea a patru emisii de fluorescență la canalele 522 nm, 553 nm, 610 nm și 670 nm (FAM, VIC/HEX, ROX și Cy5 respectiv) în același timp.
