Solicitare anulare licitatie
Question:
Buna ziua. Rugam foarte sa anulati licitatia respectiva drept motiv fiind informatia absolut eronata si denaturata publicata in anuntul de participare . Si anume " Azot lichid " si notiunea de " Gaz" .. Se pare ca in realitate pentru scopuri de agricultura este vorba de Urea Ammonium Nitrate (UAN) lichid care este folosit ca ingrasaminte. Din acest motiv sa anulati licitatia cu republicarea corecta a produsului solicitat cu specificatiile clare si concrete al produsului solicitat. In caz contrar ne vedem obligati sa contestam procedura

Bună ziua!
Este Azot lichid folosit în zootehnie pentru conservarea materialului seminal. Clasificatorul CPV categorisește Azoltul lichid la categoria Gaze, așa cum este și în anunțul publicat or, autoritatea contractantă nu poate interveni în clasificator. Mai mult decât atât, în anunțul publicat sunt descrise caracteristicile și standartele la care urmează să corespundă Azotul lichid necesar instituției și acestea nu au nimic în comun cu îngrășământul la care faceți referire. Solicitarea de anulare a licitației este una neîntemeiată.
