Dorim să atragem atenția asupra faptului că o procedură similară pentru cod 280300 organizată în anul 2023 (MTender nr. 21080839) nu a avut finalitate prin desemnarea unui câștigător, din cauza imposibilității întrunirii cumulative a tuturor cerințelor tehnice. În vederea evitării repetării acestei situații și pentru asigurarea unui cadru concurențial real, solicităm revizuirea parametrilor tehnici astfel încât aceștia să fie formulați funcțional și proporțional, cu acceptarea soluțiilor echivalente.
