Question:
Vor fi acceptate alte diapazoane de reglare a inaltimii troleului, spre exemplu 80-100 sau 90-110? Deoarece acest parametru nu influenteaza direct performanta dispozitivului, poate mai bine sa fie solicitat anume diapazonul inaltimii (ex: Modificarea inaltimii >15cm sau >20cm... ) ?
Answer (20 Feb 2026, 10:03):
Bună ziua, referitor la diapazonul de reglare a înălțimii troleului, precizăm că parametrii indicați în specificațiile tehnice reflectă necesitatea operațională a beneficiarului, raportată la condițiile concrete de utilizare. Totodată, se acceptă și alte intervale de reglare a înălțimii (ex. 80–100 cm, 90–110 cm), cu condiția ca acestea să asigure funcționalitate și ergonomie echivalentă și să permită utilizarea sigură a echipamentului în mediul clinic. Prin urmare, pot fi acceptate soluții alternative care respectă principiul echivalenței funcționale, fără a afecta destinația și condițiile de exploatare ale dispozitivului.
