Stimate autoritate contractantă, rugăm sa ne spuneți dacă este necesară înregistrarea în RSDM a troleului pe care se montează monitorul?
Answer (20 Feb 2026, 10:06):
Bună ziua, referitor la necesitatea înregistrării în RSDM a troleului pe care se montează monitorul, precizăm că obligația de înregistrare depinde de clasificarea produsului de către producător. În situația în care troliul este declarat și introdus pe piață ca dispozitiv medical, acesta va trebui să fie înregistrat în RSDM conform cadrului normativ aplicabil. În cazul în care troliul reprezintă doar un accesoriu/mobilier tehnic fără statut de dispozitiv medical, nu se impune înregistrarea separată.Mulțumim pentru clarificare.
