Buna ziua. Costul aparatului nou in loc de aparat vechi , care nu e posobil de reparat, intra in suma licitatiei sau o sa fie achitat aparte de Autoritatea contractantă?
Answer (12 Feb 2026, 12:43):
Bună ziua. În conformitate cu documentația aferentă procedurii, obligațiile Prestatorului se limitează la demontarea aparatului defect (care nu este posobil de reparat) și montarea aparatului nou. Noul aparat va fi pus la dispoziție de Autoritatea contractantă, prin urmare, costul achiziției aparatului nu face parte din suma licitației.
