1.In conformitate cu legea RM, rog sa excluderii punctul care prevede posibilitatea participării doar cu un anumit tip de producători pe care dumneavoastră ii enumerați.
2. Cereți sa nu fie utilaj casnic, nu este o divizare casnice si ne casnice, sint caracteristici cu care utilajul trebuie sa corespunda.
3. Scrieți ca trebuie sa lucreze la incalzire de la - 20 si in jos, pina la ce temperatura trebuie sa lucreze concret? -20C, -25C,-30C ?

Bună ziua,
1.Menționăm că mărcile indicate în Caietul de sarcini au caracter de referință.
Se acceptă participarea și cu alte mărci / modele echivalente, cu condiția ca echipamentul propus să corespundă integral cerințelor tehnice minime prevăzute în Caietul de sarcini.
2.Menționăm că Beneficiarul nu urmărește o clasificare comercială „casnic / necasnic”, ci solicită ca echipamentul ofertat să corespundă integral cerințelor tehnice minime prevăzute în Caietul de sarcini (capacități, eficiență energetică, funcționare la temperaturi joase, opțiuni obligatorii/kit de iarnă etc.).
3.În Caietul de sarcini au fost stabilite cerințe tehnice minime, respectiv echipamentul ofertat trebuie să asigure funcționare garantată în regim de încălzire la temperatura exterioară de cel puțin –20°C.
Echipamentele care asigură funcționare la temperaturi mai joase (ex.: –25°C, –30°C) se acceptă, însă cerința minimă obligatorie rămâne –20°C.
