Vă solicităm divizarea lotului în poziții separate.
Answer (13 Feb 2026, 13:31):
Lotul 11 - este lot deschis pentru oricare ofertă alternativă în contextul controlului extern de calitate, cerințele lotului sunt generalizate, clare și nepǎrtinitoare; nu se face referință la careva producător sau “bred”. Сondițiile înaintate, în felul cum au fost solicitate, determinǎ impunerea unor cerințe dezavantajoase pentru autoritatea contractantă/beneficiarii finali, fapt care este inadmisibil, la caz, or, oportunitatea achiziționării de bunuri de o anumită performanță și calitate, precum și specificațiile tehnice impuse pentru acestea, sunt stabilite de fiecare autoritate contractantă în parte în funcție de necesitățile obiective ale acesteia/a beneficiarilor finali, iar autoritatea contractantă este singura în măsură să decidă asupra necesităților obiective ale sale și modalității de satisfacere a lor, conform art. 37 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 131/2015, care prevede că specificațiile tehnice ale bunurilor, lucrărilor și serviciilor solicitate de autoritatea contractantă vor reprezenta o descriere exactă și completă a obiectului achiziției, astfel încât fiecare cerință și criteriu, stabilite de autoritatea contractantă, să fie îndeplinite.
