Bună ziua, solicităm indicarea expresă a termenului de prestare în luni, ca de ex. „pentru 11 luni”, sau data început-sfârșit ale deservirii ca de ex. „de la 01.02.2026 data finală 31.12.2026”. Este absurd să solicitați, conform pct.10 din Anunțul de participare, servicii de deservire tehnică „pe parcursul anului 2026” în situația în care achiziția este plasată în luna februarie 2026.

Bună ziua, autoritatea contractantă precizează că sintagma „pe parcursul anului 2026” se referă la perioada de executare a contractului în cadrul anului bugetar 2026, respectiv de la data semnării contractului până la 31.12.2026. Această formulare nu presupune prestarea serviciilor anterior semnării contractului și nu contravine prevederilor legale privind inițierea procedurii în cursul anului bugetar.
