1. Descalificarea ofertantului „Aqua Publica” S.R.L. pentru lotul nr. 1 ca inacceptabilă, în temeiul art. 71 alin. (1) lit. d) din Legea nr. 131/2015, întrucât oferta este neconformă – poziția nr. 3 din lot nu respectă cerințele specificate.
Totodată, în baza art. 17 alin. (5) din Legea nr. 131/2015, ofertantul a fost descalificat pentru neprezentarea clarificărilor/informațiilor suplimentare solicitate prin scrisoarea nr. 01-10/92 din 04.02.2026.
2. Atribuirea contractului pentru lotul nr. 1 operatorului economic „Aquatrade” S.R.L., în cadrul procedurii de achiziție, deoarece oferta acestuia corespunde tuturor cerințelor expuse în documentația de atribuire și criteriului de atribuire „prețul cel mai mic” pe lot, cu adjudecarea contractului.
