Buna ziua,
Va rugam sa ne comunicati daca bugetul prevazut pentru procedura include doar serviciile de organizare sau daca bugetul are in vedere si includerea tuturor costurilor directe aferente (logistica, inchiriere sala, productie video, productie materiale, traducere, hostess, etc.?)
Va multumim
Answer (30 Jan 2026, 12:09):
Buna ziua. Bugetul prevăzut pentru procedură acoperă exclusiv serviciile indicate expres în caietul de sarcini. Toate costurile aferente prestării acestor servicii urmează a fi incluse integral în oferta financiară, fără posibilitatea solicitării unor costuri suplimentare, în limita bugetului aprobat. Pentru restul costurilor vor fi organizate alte proceduri de achiziții în limitele bugetului aprobat.
