Din caietul de sarcini e clar ca ati pus exact datele tehnice dupa ATLAS COPCO, ati scris inclusiv brandul, care e sensul sa mai faceti aceasta achizitie publica daca deja aveti o intelegere cu distribuitorul ATLAS COPCO? Nu e contrar legii cumva?
