Buna ziua. In anuntul de participare este solicitat "Documentul autentic, emis de către producător, care atestă că produsul propus corespunde cerințelor tehnice solicitate în pct. 2.1. al Caietului de sarcini"
va rog sa specificați ce fel de document e solicitat ? nu este clar ce se solicita ... o generalizare fara sens...Concret denumirea documentului va rog... E o declaratie in forma libera ?

Bună ziua. ”Documentul autentic emis de către producător” poate fi certificatul de calitate, declarația de conformitate, sau alt document, emis de către producătorul de reagent, prin care se confirmă calitatea produsului.
