Bună ziua. În anunțul de participare la pct. 10 ați solicitat prezentarea declaratiei privind termenul de valabilitate restant de minim 80%, consideram ca este inutila din moment ce kitul se livreaza integral pentru o perioada de 12 luni; la pct 11 confirmarea înregistrării AMDM la fel nu este actuală deoarece ele nu sunt și nici nu au fost clasificate ca dispozitive medicale; precum și prezentarea mostrei dat fiind faptul că se solicită 1 bucată, cine va mai livra și o mostră suplimentar; dar și termen de livrare 30 zile de la solicitare nu este viabil deoarece acestea se calendarizează, nu la comandă. Astfel solicităm respectuos excluderea și/sau modificarea condițiilor date.
