Question:
Bună ziua! Elisa kituri nu pot fi considerate ca testele rapide, de aceea și cerința de precalificare OMS și certificatul terț trebuie să fie eliminat. Vă mulțumim!
Answer (20 Jan 2026, 15:27):
Pentru seturile Elisa nu se solicita precalificarea OMS ci prezentarea unui document ce atestă verificarea sensibilității și specificității de la o instituție terță, independentă de producător și abilitată în această procedură. Este o cerință generală pe care autoritatea contractatntă o utilizează specific pentru procedurile de achiziție în acest program. Pentru lotul menționat se solicită confirmare suplimentară a sensibilității și specificității, cerință indicată la solicitarea beneficiarului final. Mulțumim pentru clarificare.
