Stimată Autoritate Contractantă,
În cadrul documentației aferente procedurii de achiziție, am constatat că nu este specificat în mod explicit tipul sau denumirea software-ului de management spitalicesc pe care beneficiarul intenționează să îl închirieze / utilizeze.
Pentru a putea formula o ofertă tehnică și financiară corectă și conformă cu necesitățile reale ale beneficiarului, vă rugăm respectuos să ne comunicați:
Dacă este vorba despre un anumit produs software deja utilizat sau agreat de beneficiar;
Dacă sunt acceptate soluții echivalente propuse de ofertanți, cu respectarea cerințelor funcționale din caietul de sarcini;
Vă mulțumim anticipat pentru clarificări.

Autoritatea contractantă își exprimă intenția de a achiziționa servicii de arendă și întreținere a softului destinat evidenței pacienților, în conformitate cu cerințele specificate în anunțul de participare.
