suma alocata pentru lotul data este mica; repetat, nu veti avea nicio oferta pentru lotul dat, din cauza ca nu se analizeaza costurile reale pe piata ale produselor solicitate.

Bună ziua. La acest moment, autoritatea contractantă nu deține informații suficiente și relevante pentru ajustarea valorii estimate a lotului. În ultimele proceduri demarate nu au fost depuse oferte sau, după caz, au fost depuse oferte necorespunzătoare, fapt ce nu a permis realizarea unei analize comparative obiective a prețurilor de piață. Totodată, la etapa actuală sistemul electronic nu permite tehnic modificarea sumelor alocate. Vă mulțumim!
