Se interzice recepţionarea produselor cu ambalajul şi eticheta deteriorate ori fără etichete.Se interzice transporatrea peştelui neambalat, cu mijloace de transport murdar sau mirosuri străine.Urmează a fi recepţionate produsele insoţite de certificate de conformitate (certificate de calitate),certificate igienice şi fitosanitare,certificate veterinare şi care corespund cerinţelor standardelor naţionale.Pe porderoul de expediţie (factură) se aplică o ştampilă care indică data fabricării şi termenul de consum
