Question:
Va rugam sa specificati care trebuie sa fie ISI pentru reactivul de protrombina. Tinem sa mentionam ca conform recomandarilor internationale (inclusiv OMS) cu cat mai mic este ISI, cu atit reactivul este considerat mai bun si mai credibil (ofera rezultate mai exacte)

Bună ziua. Beneficiarul final nu insistă pentru indicarea unui anumit parametru ISI, însă se solicită ca acesta să corespundă cerințelor internaționale (inclusiv OMS) privind calitatea și rezultatele analizelor efectuate. Vă mulțumim pentru clarificare.

Se solicită punerea la dispoziție beneficiarului în mod comodat – 1 dispozitiv medical.
Question:
la alte loturi pentru acest IMSP se solicita analizator de baza si analizator back-up. La acest lot nu este nevoie de analizator back-up? consideram ca pentru toate dispozitivele trebuie sa fie in mod egal - cu analizaot de back-up in cazul de defectare al analizatorului de baza.
Answer (5 Jan 2026, 10:59):
Bună ziua. Conform anunțului de participare, în caz de defectare a dispozitivului pe o perioada ≥24 ore, operatorul economic va asigura efectuarea analizelor acumulate într-un alt laborator, după metoda de lucru identică dispozitivului din dotare. Instituția beneficiară nu dispune de spațiu suficient în laborator pentru instalarea unui dispozitiv suplimentar. Vă mulțumim pentru clarificare.
