2. Asigurarea cu control extern trimestial, pe perioada 1 an.
3.Respectarea cerintelor de transportare a controlului (GTP), cu prezentarea dovezilor
4.Termenul de livrare si termenul de valabilitate sa se incadreze in perioada testarilor
5.Analiti pentru testare:
WBC - Numărul absolut de celule albe din sînge (leucocite)
RBC - Numărul absolut de celule roșii din sînge (eritrocite)
HGB - Concentraţia hemoglobinei
HCT - Hematocrit
MCV - Volumul eritrocitar mediu
MCН - Conţinutul mediu al hemoglobinei în eritrocite
MCHC - Concentraţia medie a hemoglobinei în eritrocite
PLT - Număr absolut de trombocite
RDW %
MPV - Volumul mediu al trombocitelor
PCT – Trombocrit
6. Sa fie pe baza de sange uman, stare lichida.
7. Livrarea rapoartelor de participare nu mai tirziu de 14 zile.
8. Controlul sa asigure 3 nivele (normal, nivel patologic scazut si inalt).
