Buna ziua. Stimate operator economic, entitatea contractanta a prevazut in documentatia de atribuire cerintele fata de ofertant la depunerea garanţiei pentru ofertă la procedura. Totodata mentionam ca, oferta va fi depusa de catre ofertantul pentru un singur lot.
