4.Prosoape din hârtie împăturite V sau Z, pentru mâini. Dimensiuni hârtie neâmpăturită V= 21-24 x 21-24 cm sau Z= 21-30 x 21-30 cm. Minim 2 straturi (la extragere să nu se dezlipească un strat de altul). 1 buc = 200 foi +/- 10 foi. Culoarea albă sau gri deschis. Hârtia să fie aranjată uniform și să asigure o extragere usoară la instalarea ulterioară în dispenser, fără blocări sau extragerea concomintentă a mai multor hârtii. Dispensere universale pentru hârtie Z sau V se vor oferi cu titlu gratuit (transmise in proprietatea instituției), în număr de 200 buc. Dispenserile necesită să fie confectionate din plastic dur pentru fixare directă pe perete, mecanizm de blocare cu cheie (să funcționeze ușor, fără blocări), capacitatea minim 200 foi, culoare albă, corpul uniform, neted, fără relief sau design neuniform. Dimensiuni dispenser: H 28-36 cm, lățime 27-30 cm, adâncime 10-14 cm. Culoare alb.
