Caiet de sarcini (pct. 14) si pct. 8 din ANUNŢ DE PARTICIPARE
Question:
În Anexa nr. 1 din ANUNŢ DE PARTICIPARE, în denumirea bunilui sunt indicate separat „Rama pentru leagăn” și "Complex de joacă".
Totuși, în caietul de sarcini (pct. 14) acestea apar ca un singur echipament.
Vă rugăm să clarificați:
Acestea reprezintă două elemente distincte sau un singur element integrat?
Dacă este vorba despre un singur element comun, atunci pct. 8 din ANUNŢ DE PARTICIPARE nu ar trebui să fie prezent.
Answer (13 Dec 2025, 22:05):
Ramă pentru leagăn este poziție aparte sub numărul 8. Complexul de joacă sub numărul 14 are în complect rama pentru leagăn.
