Buna ziua! Bugetul este ERONAT! astfel de buget poate fi doar pentru analizator 3-diff, nu 5-diff. Pretul real al unui analizator 5-diff este cu cel putin 100 000 MDL mai mult

Buna ziua! Comisia pentru achiziții publice va revizui specificațiile și, în conformitate cu articolul 4 din Legea nr. 131/2015, va lua în considerare indicatorii prețurilor medii de piață pentru analizor.

Question:
Trei reactivi de lucru- Diluant, Lyse și Cleaner - este o cerinta abusiva pentru a favoriza analizator produs de Edan. Cantitatea reagentilor nu influenteaza asupa calitatii testelor efectuate. Iar pentru ca sa puteti sa va asigurati ca procurati cel mai optim analizator pentru a avea preturi bune per test, puteti solicita ca operatorii economici sa descrie preturile pentru reactivi necesari efectuarii unui anumit numar de teste (cum face CAPCS)
