Buna ziua, Vă rugăm să revizuiți termenul de livrare, având în vedere faptul că solicitați valabilitatea ofertelor pentru 160 de zile (până iunie 2026), însă livrarea este prevăzută pentru luna martie 2026.

Bună ziua, valabilitatea ofertei, stabilită la 160 de zile, constituie perioada în care autoritatea contractantă, prin intermediul grupului de lucru, examinează și evaluează ofertele și adoptă decizia de atribuire a contractului de achiziție. Termenul de livrare reprezintă o obligație contractuală distinctă, ulterioară atribuirii contractului, și nu are legătură cu termenul de valabilitate a ofertei, nefiind de natură să îl influențeze sau să îl modifice.
