Buna ziua. În temeiul art. 39 alin. (3) din Legea nr. 131/2015, autoritatea contractantă a decis să nu divizeze achiziția pe loturi, deoarece livrările de produse alimentare trebuie gestionate unitar. Un contract unic asigură coordonare eficientă, responsabilitate unică pentru calitate și continuitate, precum și costuri administrative mai reduse. Prin urmare, procedura se realizează fără împărțirea pe loturi.
