”Pâine albă - integrală”, pîinea integrala nu poate fi albă, este din faina cu tărțe sau faină de cal. II, obținută prin măcinarea bobului întreg de grîu. Ii piine sură nu alba. D-voastră de care aveti nevoie? dacă e albă nu este integrală, integrală e doar acea sură.
