Prin prezenta, Grupul de lucru pentru achiziții publice al IMSP AMT Rîșcani, în temeiul Legii Republicii Moldova nr. 131 din 03.07.2015 „Privind achizițiile publice”, ca urmare a examinării și evaluării ofertei prezentate de Dumneavoastră în cadrul procedurii de achiziții Licitație deschisă nr. 21516893 ( ocds-b3wdp1-MD-1764669794989) din 22 ianuarie 2026, privind achiziționarea reagenților, consumabile (accesorii și piese de schimb) pentru analizatoarele de tip închis, necesar la efectuarea investigațiilor de laborator, conform necesitaților IMSP AMT Rîșcani pentru anul 2026, grupul de lucru a stabilit oferta cîștigătoare aplicînd criteriul de evaluare prevăzut pentru atribuirea contractului: prețul cel mai scazut, per lot, cu corespunderea cerințelor solicitate și anume:
pentru loturile 1-4: Biosistem-MLD SRL avînd prețul total de 2922885,29lei inclusiv TVA;
pentru loturile 5-8: Becor SRL avînd prețul total de 4606298,02 lei inclusiv TVA.
