1. Certificat de acreditare a produsului ISO:17043 2. Asigurarea cu control extern lunar, pe perioada 1 an. 3. Respectarea cerințelor de transportare și livrare a controlului cu prezentarea dovezilor. 4. Termenul de valabilitate să se încadreze în perioada testărilor. 5. Parametrii testați: Acid uric, Albumina, ALT, Amilaza serică, AST, Bilirubina totală și directă, Calciu, CK, CK-MB, Colesterol, Creatinina, Fier, Fosfataza alcalină, g-GGT, Glucoza, LDH, Magneziu, Proteina totală, Trigliceride, Uree, HDL - Colesterol și LDL-Colesterol. 6. Prioritate se va da seturilor cu cel mai mare număr de parametri solicitați pentru testare, dar nu mai mic de 20 parametri. 7. Material de control pe bază de ser uman, stare lichidă sau liofilizată. 8. Transmiterea rapoartelor de participare se va efectua lunar nu mai târziu de 14 zile de la data limită de raportare.
