Urmare examinării și evaluării ofertelor prezentate s-au constatat următoarele:
Ofertele prezentate de către toți operatorii economici pentru toate Loturile, corespund cerințelor de calificare și selecție, precum și specificațiilor tehnice indicate în Anunțul de participare. Mostrele prezentate corespund specificațiilor tehnice solicitate. Toate documentele solicitate au fost prezentate. Propunerile financiare se încadrează în valoarea estimată a achiziției pentru fiecare lot în parte. Datorii față de bugetul de stat nu sunt.
În temeiul pct. 41 din Regulamentul cu privire la achizițiile publice de valoare mică, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 870/2022, Grupul de lucru în domeniul achizițiilor public în cadrul AGEPI a decis atribuirea contractelor de achiziție publică de valoare mică privind achiziționarea Rechizitelor de birou (MTender ID ocds-b3wdp1-MD-1763992138550 din 24.11.2025), conform loturilor, următorilor operatori economici:
1) „RĂDOP-OPT” SRL, pentru Lotul nr. 1, în sumă de 7433,18 lei fără TVA/8919,81 lei cu TVA, oferta căruia are cel mai scăzut preț, corespunde cerințelor de calificare și selecțe și specificaților tehnice.
2) „BIROVITS” SRL, pentru Lotul nr. 2, în sumă de 13538,90 lei fără TVA/16246,68 lei cu TVA, oferta căruia are cel mai scăzut preț, corespunde cerințelor de calificare și selecție și specificaților tehnice.
3) „CRAFTI BUSINESS” SRL, pentru Lotul nr. 3, în sumă de 1808,55 lei fără TVA/2170,26 lei cu TVA, oferta căruia are cel mai scăzut preț, corespunde cerințelor de calificare și selecție și specificaților tehnice.
4) „BIROVITS” SRL, pentru Lotul nr. 4, în sumă de 5585,00 lei fără TVA/6702,00 lei cu TVA, oferta căruia are cel mai scăzut preț, corespunde cerințelor de calificare și selecțe și specificaților tehnice.
