Bună ziua! Având în vedere numărul mare de loturi, vă rugăm să comasați cele trei proceduri într-una singură, fără organizarea licitației electronice. Atragem atenția că orele de desfășurare a licitațiilor pentru aceste loturi se suprapun sau sunt programate în același interval. În aceste condiții, devine practic imposibil să participăm la licitații pe parcursul întregii zile.

Bună ziua, avînd în vedere funcționalitatea SIA RSAP, platforma nu permite mai mult de 77 de loturi, în partea ce tine de orele de deschidere a ofertelor vor fi modificate. Mulțumim mult!

Bună ziua! SIARSAP nu permite din motiv că ați selectat tipul „Licitație electronică cu AUCȚION”. Rugăm să comasați cele trei proceduri într-una singură, FĂRĂ organizarea licitației electronice. Atragem atenția că ORELE de desfășurare a licitațiilor pentru aceste loturi SE SUPRAPUN sau sunt programate în același interval. În aceste condiții, devine practic imposibil să participăm la licitații pe parcursul întregii zile.
Answer (24 Nov 2025, 15:51):
Bună ziua, sistemul SIA RSAP,la procedura de achiziție ti Cererea ofertelor de prețuri autumat selectează licitație electronică. (Conform art. 57, alin (8) Atribuirea unui contract de achiziții publice pentru bunuri și servicii prin cererea ofertelor de prețuri este precedată de licitația electronică, care se va baza pe una dintre următoarele elemente ale ofertei)
Vor fi modificate orele de desfășurare, mulțumim pentru clarificare!
