Până la termenul limită – data 20.11.2025, ora 12.00, au depus oferte 3(trei) ofertanți:
1) „ARTPOLIGRAF” SRL cu propunerea financiară în sumă de 2400,00 lei fără TVA;
2) „TANAVIUS” SRL cu propunerea financiară în sumă de 2600,00 lei fără TVA;
3) S.C. „PROMO-PROFIT” cu propunerea financiară în sumă de 3584,00 lei fără TVA.
Urmare examinării și evaluării ofertelor prezentate, s-au constatat următoarele:
Pentru Lotul 2: Publicații tipografice – Roll-upuri (bannere):
Ofertele prezentate de operatorii economici „ARTPOLIGRAF” SRL și „TANAVIUS” SRL îndeplinesc cerințele de calificare și selecție, corespund cerințelor solicitate. Oferta „ARTPOLIGRAF” SRL are cel mai scăzut preț.
Oferta prezentată de S.C. „PROMO-PROFIT” SRL nu corespunde cerințelor solicitate și se respinge din motiv că în specificația de preț nu este indicat termenul de livrare. Totodată, este depășită valoarea planificată a achiziției (2600, 00), oferta financiară fiind în sumă de 3584,00 lei.
În conformitate cu prevederile pct. 41 din Regulamentul cu privire la achizițiile publice de valoare mică, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 870/2022, Grupul de lucru în domeniul achizițiilor publice în cadrul AGEPI, a decis: Atribuirea contractului de achiziție publică de valoare mică pentru Lotul 2: Publicații tipografice – Roll-upuri (bannere) operatorului economic „ARTPOLIGRAF” SRL cu propunerea financiară în sumă de 2400,00 lei fără TVA/2880,00 lei cu TVA, oferta căruia corespunde cerințelor solicitate și are cel mai scăzut preț.
