2) S.C. „PROMO-PROFIT” cu propunerea financiară în sumă de 15600,00 lei fără TVA;
3) „ARTISORO” SRL cu propunerea financiară în sumă de 18450,00 lei fără TVA;
4) „INM CONS & PARTNERS” SRL cu propunerea financiară în sumă de 20000,00 lei fără TVA;

Urmare examinării și evaluării ofertelor prezentate, s-au constatat următoarele:
Pentru Lotul 1-Carnete A5 cu spirală personalizate :
Toate ofertele prezentate se încadrează în valoarea estimată a achiziției (36400, 00 lei). Datorii față de bugetul de stat nu sunt.
Ofertele prezentate de operatorii economici „PRINT CARO” SRL, „ARTISORO” SRL, „INM CONS & PARTNERS” SRL, „ART ELEMENT” SRL, A.C. „TIPOGRAFIA NR. 1” SRL și ARTPOLIGRAF” SRL îndeplinesc cerințele de calificare și selecție, corespund cerințelor solicitate. Oferta prezentată de „PRINT CARO” SRL are cel mai scăzut preț.
Oferta prezentată de S.C. „PROMO-PROFIT” SRL nu corespunde cerințelor solicitate și se respinge din motiv că în specificația de preț nu este indicat termenul de livrare.
Oferta prezentată de „TANAVIUS” SRL nu corespunde cerințelor solicitate și se respinge din motiv că Specificațiile de preț nu sunt autentificate prin semnătura electronică de către ofertant.
În conformitate cu prevederile pct. 41 din Regulamentul cu privire la achizițiile publice de valoare mică, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 870/2022, Grupul de lucru în domeniul achizițiilor publice în cadrul AGEPI, a decis:
1) Atribuirea contractului de achiziție publică de valoare mică pentru Lotul 1: Publicații tipografice-Carnete A5 cu spirală personalizate operatorului economic „PRINT CARO” SRL cu propunerea financiară în sumă de 13350,00 lei fără TVA/16020,00 de lei cu TVA, oferta căruia corespunde cerințelor solicitate și are cel mai scăzut preț.
